Refunds on cancelled orders

If you want to cancel an order please contact me immediately to find out if the items have been dispatched or not. If they have been dispatched you will need to return the item. You will unfortunately be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched then you will recieve a full refund including postage and package costs.

Returning faulty items

If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact me first before requesting a refund as I may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

Returns & refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 7 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price and the original postage and packaging charges. Unfortunately, you aren’t entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are handmade, specially commissioned or personalised goods.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, and they must be in the original packaging.

If you would like to return an item you have purchased, please contact me to let me know that you will be returning the item.

If an item was purchased with a discount voucher, then I can only refund the amount that you paid.

If an item was purchased in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact me before making the purchase.
